Instructions and Quick Summary of the Program
Refer LeanConsultingWorks, LLC to a company that hires my services (and pays),
and I will pay you $750.00 for the referral.
Make sure I know the referral came from you. If I am contacted directly by an
individual it is important that the person identifies
you as the person that referred them. If I contact an individual based
on your referral please provide the following information:
1) Name 2) Phone 3) Email 4) Company Name and Location (City/State)
I ask that you become acquainted LeanConsultingWorks, LLC and my services by
reviewing the information on this website. If you have questions please don't
hesitate to contact me.
Note: You must sign that you have read and agree to the following terms
and conditions and be approved in writing before you can participate in this
referral program. If you would like to participate in this program please
contact me and I will email you the form.
Referral Program Terms and Conditions:
1. This referral program is by invitation only and only those that have been
approved in writing by LeanConsultingWorks, LLC may participate.
2. I will only pay for one referral per company i.e., if a parent company has
several locations or branches they will count as one company for referral
purposes.
3. Referrals for companies I'm already in touch with, done business with in the
past or currently doing business with will not count as a referral.
4. Payment: Individuals that make referrals that lead to paid jobs will receive
$750.00 once I am paid.
Note: I offer a money back guarantee if a client is not satisfied with my
services. So, to be as clear as possible - if for whatever reason I am not paid
consulting fees I won't pay a referral fee.
Note: Exceptions to the $750.00 could be for 1-day presentations or other
low fee situations where there is a significant reduced cost to the client. In
these cases you will receive 50% of the actual consulting fees. If these low
cost situations lead to future work with the company I will pay you the
difference up to and not to exceed a total of $750.00.
For example, if I charge a client $400.00 in consulting fees I will pay you
$200.00. If I continue with that company I will pay you the remaining $550.00
once I am paid for the additional work (assuming it's not another low cost
situation, in this case I would again pay you half of the consulting fees). In
all situations if consulting fees are not charged, or I am not otherwise paid, I
will not pay a referral fee.
5. I don’t take out taxes and will send you a Form 1099 after the end of the
calendar year.
6. I reserve the right to make changes or to terminate this program without
notice. I reserve the right to pursue (or not pursue) referrals; I am not
obligated to follow up on any given referral.
7. I will not make any retroactive payments or payments outside the boundaries
of this agreement.
8. If you are employed by the company you are referring please make sure your
boss approves of you receiving a referral fee.
9. Please make it clear when talking to potential clients that you are not an
employee of LeanConsultingWorks, LLC and direct them to me for any specific
questions surrounding my services and/or fees.
10. Integrity is at the very core of LeanConsultingWorks, LLC. My intent is to
make this referral program work exactly as intended. It is designed to be a
win-win-win program. You win, the client wins and I win with the referral you
provide.
